Eligibility for Exchange
Size exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Exchange is only applicable for size issues — not for product design or color preferences.
Sale, discounted, or custom-stitched items are not eligible for exchange.

Provide your order number, product name, and preferred size.
Our team will guide you through the pickup or reshipping process.
Exchange Timeframe
Once your returned product passes quality inspection, your replacement will be dispatched within 5–7 working days.
Return Shipping Costs
For domestic orders, the customer bears the return courier cost, while the replacement product will be shipped free of charge by Real Image.
Important Note
Real Image reserves the right to reject exchange requests if the returned product does not meet the above conditions.

Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been dispatched.
To cancel, contact our customer support team at support@realimageclothing.com or WhatsApp at +92 314 2171191 with your order number and reason for cancellation.
After Dispatch
Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
In such cases, you may follow our Return & Exchange Policy after receiving your order.
Prepaid Orders
For prepaid or online paid orders, cancellation requests (within allowed time) will be refunded to the same payment method within 7–10 working days.

Orders are processed after confirmation via phone or email.
Orders once shipped cannot be modified.
You reserve the right to cancel your order before it is dispatched.
In case of cancellation after dispatch, you may refuse the parcel at the time of delivery.

5. Payment Terms
We accept the following payment methods:
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available across Pakistan.
Online Bank Transfer: For local and international customers.
All payments must be made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). For online payments, Real Image Clothing ensures secure transactions through encrypted gateways.
Note: Please verify the invoice amount before paying the delivery agent.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Real Image Clothing provides a 7-day return/exchange window starting from the day of receiving your order.
Conditions:
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Tags must be intact.
A valid receipt or order number must be provided.
Refunds are issued as store credit or online vouchers only.In exceptional cases, a refund may be processed via bank transfer within 5 working days for local clients and 15 working days for international clients.
